Italian pasta salad is perfect for a picnic or BBQ with family and friends. It’s quick to make, feeds a crowd, and is packed with veggies, meats, pasta, and a bright, zesty dressing!

    This easy Italian pasta salad is loaded with fresh veggies, tender pasta, pepperoni, salami, and tons of bold, zesty flavor. It comes together quickly, makes a generous batch, and is perfect for potlucks, picnics, or any make‑ahead gathering — it tastes even better after chilling.

    Step1

    Boil pasta according to the packaging instructions until al dente. While the pasta is cooking, cut up and measure the remaining ingredients. Once the pasta is done, drain and rinse under cold water, and place it in a very large bowl.

    Step2

    Add the halved tomatoes, drained canned mushrooms, drained and chopped marinated artichoke hearts, diced red onions, peeled and chopped cucumber, diced red bell pepper, and drained sliced black olives to the bowl with the pasta. Gently fold everything together until evenly combined.

    Step3

    Add the chopped salami, pepperoni, and cubed mozzarella cheese to the bowl, then gently stir until everything is evenly combined.

    Stir in 2/3 cup of your favorite Italian dressing.

    Lastly, stir in the grated Parmesan and feta crumbles. Toss everything together until well combined.
